Kate Kliebert is a business attorney with 15 years of experience advising companies on the legal challenges of growth. Before founding Kliebert Law, she practiced at Bradley and McGuireWoods, advising financial institutions on litigation and compliance.

She founded Kliebert Law because the companies she most wanted to work with, the ones building something real and moving fast, were consistently underserved by the legal models available to them. Fractional general counsel was the answer.
